Río Blanco.-El Ayuntamiento cerró sus puertas y alrededor de 300 trabajadores sindicalizados y de confianza permanecen en la alameda central, esto ante el adeudo de 21 millones 251 mil pesos que mantiene Gobierno del Estado, así lo dio a conocer el tesorero municipal, Luis Fernández Matias.
