Amatlán.- Estudiantes de este municipio y sus comunidades visten de colores las calles al desfilar por el centro del municipio. Los amatecos también participaron en la Batalla en Córdoba y lo celebran, pues se atribuye a Miguel Francisco quien dio el disparo certero que mató al general español Hevia.
