En el Caribe se formó el disturbio tropical 99L que presenta 40 por ciento de probabilidad para evolucionar a ciclón tropical, informó el meteorólogo de la Secretaría de Protección Civil.
“Este sistema va a continuar dejando lluvias por lo menos en siete días localmente fuertes a intensas”, indicó.
