El pleno del Congreso de Perú aprobó este jueves el uso del cannabis y sus derivados con fines medicinales y terapéuticos. De esta manera Perú se une a otros países de la región como Colombia, México y Argentina que ya han aprobado el cannabis con fines médicos.
