Orizaba.- En la Convención Estatal de Delegados, encabezada por el dirigente nacional del PRI, le fue entregada la constancia al candidato y que lo acredita oficialmente; le tomaron protesta ante más de 5 mil personas. El evento se realizó en el Coliseo La Concordia, en Orizaba, donde se reunieron los militantes.
