Gerardo Ortiz fue demandado por la disquera DEL Records, debido a que el cantante les exigió que le pagaran en efectivo con tal de evadir impuestos, reporta el portal TMZ.
De acuerdo al portal, la disquera aseguró que conjuntamente el cantante de regional mexicano no grabó un sexto álbum, mismo que estaba convenido en su contrato.
