Orizaba.- Luego del Decreto que hiciera el Gobernador del Estado, Cuitláhuac García Jiménez de restablecer las medidas sanitarias en 35 municipios, entre ellos Orizaba, el día de hoy el centro de la ciudad nuevamente amanece con el cerco sanitario.
