Cosamaloapan.- Usuarios del Hospital de Cosamaloapan denunciaron graves irregularidades en el área de quirófano, pues debido a que no se ha dado mantenimiento a los climas, hay daños estructurales.
Además, advirtieron que esto podría ocasionar afectaciones a la salud pública de quienes ingresan a operaciones.
