Orizaba.- La cabeza colgada y los restos humanos que fueron encontrados en la autopista Puebla – Córdoba en el kilómetro 257, cerca de Balastrera, pertenecían al taxista que había desaparecido hace algunos días.
El nombre de la víctima era Miguel Alejandro Lozano Ruffiar, un taxista de 25 años de edad que fue visto por última vez en el municipio de Nogales el pasado 17 de agosto de 2023.
