Un ordenamiento de la Sala Superior del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación (TEPJF) determinó que el Partido del Trabajo (PT) deberá renovar su dirigencia nacional en la que se ha perpetuado por 22 años consecutivos Alberto Anaya Gutiérrez, aliado político y electoral de Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
