CDMX.- El Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) acordó la sanción contra el Gobernador de Morelos, Graco Ramírez Garrido Abreu, por el incumplimiento a un convenio de la Comisión de Quejas y Denuncias del instituto, sobre propaganda; durante la sesión también determinaron sanciones contra algunas televisoras, y rechazó tomar medidas contra el Mandatario de Tabasco, Arturo Núñez Jiménez.
