Xalapa.- Debido a las deudas que le heredaron con el SAT, IPE, CFE, bancos y proveedores, el Ayuntamiento esta prácticamente en quiebra, aseguró Octavio Pérez Garay, presidente municipal de San Andrés Tuxtla.
Pérez Garay informó que ante la crisis implementan un Programa Temporal de Emergencia Administrativa, que han respaldado todos los ediles de la comuna.
