Yanga.- El H. Ayuntamiento Constitucional Yanga a través del instituto municipal de la mujer, celebraron con una clase el Día Internacional del Yoga, la clase fue impartida por la maestra Diana Gordillo Fernández, dicha muestra se efectuó en el salón social del Ayuntamiento.
La instructora los condujo en una serie de ejercicios de relajación, emocionales y de respiración para sentirse mejor e iniciar el día de manera activa y pacífica.
