Orizaba. – A pesar de la contingencia sanitaria que se vive por el Covid-19, algunos ciudadanos siguen sin usar el cubrebocas.
Principalmente en el centro de la ciudad se ha visto a un gran número de transeúntes no portar el insumo que es obligatorio para poder acceder a los diversos establecimientos.
