Durante el mandato del Obispo Luis Felipe Gallardo Martín del Campo en la Diócesis de Veracruz, tres religiosos renunciaron al sacerdocio y decidieron casarse, informó el vocero del obispado, el padre Víctor Díaz Mendoza.
