Familiares de las otras víctimas donde murió Kobe Bryant podrían demandar al exjugador

Los Ángeles.- A escasas horas de que Vanessa Laine, viuda de la exestrella de la NBA, Kobe Bryant, enviara un estremecedor mensaje a través de sus redes sociales, el cual sería su primer pronunciamiento tras la trágica muerte de la ex jugador junto a su hija Gianna María y otras 7 personas, han comenzado a correr los rumores al respecto de que los familiares de las otras víctimas podrían demandar al ex deportista.

My girls and I want to thank the millions of people who’ve shown support and love during this horrific time. Thank you for all the prayers. We definitely need them. We are completely devastated by the sudden loss of my adoring husband, Kobe — the amazing father of our children; and my beautiful, sweet Gianna — a loving, thoughtful, and wonderful daughter, and amazing sister to Natalia, Bianka, and Capri. We are also devastated for the families who lost their loved ones on Sunday, and we share in their grief intimately. There aren’t enough words to describe our pain right now. I take comfort in knowing that Kobe and Gigi both knew that they were so deeply loved. We were so incredibly blessed to have them in our lives. I wish they were here with us forever. A pesar de que en su mensaje Vanessa ofreció sus condolencias y les tendió la mano a los consanguíneos de las personas fallecidas expresando: “Para honrar a nuestra familia del Equipo Mamba, la Fundación Deportiva Mamba ha creado el Fondo MambaOnThree para ayudar a apoyar a las otras familias afectadas por esta tragedia. Para donar, vaya a MambaOnThree.org”, tal parece que la situación entre las familias se tornará ríspida.

Por tal motivo, los abogados de la firma Muñoz and Muñoz en Los Ángeles revelaron al programa Suelta la Sopa que primero se tendrían que resolver algunas dudas para luego saber si esa acción podría suceder.

“No es normal que un helicóptero caiga del cielo, no es normal. Sí tiene que meter una demanda contra esta compañía. Cuando ya podamos saber quién es el dueño del helicóptero, una persona puede traer una demanda contra esa compañía o si es una persona privada como Kobe podrían traer el caso contra esa persona. Tienen 2 años desde el día del accidente para traer la demanda”.

Por último, los abogados indicaron que la investigación para saber quién estaba de responsable en el accidente va a durar entre 8 y10 meses y será hasta ese momento que se sabrá con certeza contra quién pueden proceder los afectados.
