En el poblado “Pastorías” del municipio de Actopan, una mujer de nombre Patricia “N” fue asesinada a machetazos por un hombre campesino.
El brutal asesinato quedó asentado en la causa penal 595/2018 por lo que las averiguaciones por parte de la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE) ya iniciaron.
