Xalapa.- Un violento fin de semana se registró en Veracruz. En sólo dos días fueron asesinadas 25 personas, entre las víctimas al Presidente municipal de Ixhuatlán de Madero, Víctor Espinoza Tolentino, quien fue el segundo alcalde ejecutado en el actual Gobierno de Estado.
