Orizaba.- El hallazgo de un hombre indigente sin vida en la esquina de la calle Norte 4 y avenida Oriente 11, del Barrio Aulicaba, generó una intensa movilización policiaca y de servicios de emergencia. La víctima fue identificada como Juan, un hombre de aproximadamente 60 años de edad, conocido como ‘El Chato’.
