El Presidente Enrique Peña Nieto promulgó ayer la polémica Ley de Seguridad Interior, publicada más tarde en edición vespertina del Diario Oficial de la Federación. Ante el Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Pública (CNSP) había anunciado que si bien es una norma sensible que ha sido objetada en su constitucionalidad, sostuvo que corresponderá a la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN) su interpretación.
