Xalapa.- El gobernador Javier Duarte de Ochoa y su homólogo de Tamaulipas, Egidio Torre Cantú, encabezaron este lunes una reunión biestatal de seguridad, para evaluar acciones y operativos conjuntos, y reforzar estrategias a partir de resultados. Ahí, ambos mandatarios acordaron fortalecer la seguridad pública en la zona limítrofe, con bases de operación mixta.
