Veracruz.- Por incumplir con una sentencia mediante la cual se ordenó el pago de 606 mil 580 pesos a un extrabajador que fue despedido injustificadamente en el año 2008 es que los magistrados del Tribunal Estatal de Conciliación y Arbitraje (TECA) ordenaron el arresto de los ediles que integran el ayuntamiento de Alvarado. Los jueces establecieron esa medida de apremio ante el incumplimiento de la sentencia.
