Autoridades detuvieron a diez personas, seis de ellas de origen chino, ligadas a una red internacional de lavado con sede en la Ciudad de México.
De acuerdo con áreas de inteligencia del gobierno federal, los detenidos hacían la función de banco para los cárteles Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG) y del Golfo.
En un operativo realizado el 26 de mayo se aseguraron 10 millones 510 mil 152 dólares, unos 206 millones 68 mil 209 pesos. También se capturó a los seis chinos.
En otra acción policial, el 29 de mayo, se decomisaron 95 mil 800 pesos, una pistola y nueve vehículos.
Además fueron detenidas cuatro personas identificadas como José Ángel “N”, Marina Yamile “N”, Gregorio “N” y Carlos Herminio “N”.
