Fortín.- Una joven perteneciente a los grupos de auxilio en este municipio, fue agredida verbal y físicamente por elementos de la Policía Estatal, quiénes a bordo de la patrulla SP-3021, la interceptaron cuando viajaba en su vehículo en calles de la colonia El Chayotal.
Tras agredirla y lastimarla físicamente, se la llevaron intervenida a las instalaciones del C4 sin especificar el motivo de su privación ilegal de la libertad.
