La tormenta tropical Barry afectó a 19 municipios y el desbordamiento de los ríos Actopan, Chapote, Sedeño Palma Sola, Platanar, Minas, Verde, Carneros y Río Bobos, éste último sufrió tres desbordes en diversas regiones.
