Orizaba.- Una mujer dio a luz en el interior del vehículo en el que viajaba, elementos de la corporación municipal de Protección Civil la auxiliaron en la labor de parto, posteriormente fue trasladada al Hospital Regional de Río Blanco; los hechos se registraron en la Avenida Cri – Cri (Circunvalación) y Norte 2.
