El senador Ricardo Monreal presentará esta semana ante el Congreso una iniciativa para modificar la Ley de Telecomunicaciones para proteger derecho a información y expresión de usuarios en redes sociales.
La iniciativa de Monreal busca regular la facultad que tienen las empresas como Facebook, Twitter, Instagram entre otras para bloquear, suspender o eliminar cuentas.
