Orizaba.- La coordinación municipal de Protección Civil de Orizaba y Tránsito Municipal cerraron la avenida sur 41, esto como medida de prevención para los automovilistas. Informaron que el río Orizaba y arroyo Totolitos, se mantienen con incremento de afluente pero sin riesgo alguno.
