Xalapa.- El gobernador Javier Duarte de Ochoa, envió al Congreso del Estado una reforma a la Ley Número 62 de Protección Ambiental, la cual busca frenar que Veracruz ocupe el primer lugar nacional en pérdida de vegetación natural.
Para ello, la iniciativa busca dotar de mecanismos a la Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y a la Procuraduría Estatal de Protección al Medio Ambiente.
